NTF Youth Track Program will begin May 1st, 2018!
program is open to boys and girls ages from 7 to 18 and provides
organized group practices four times a week (Mon --Thu, 6:15 to 7:45
pm) at the State College Area High School Track. This program is tuned
to various levels of experience and involves both beginners and
experienced athletes. Training is performed in the following age
groups: 7-8 / 9-10 / 11-12 / 13-14 / Senior /
The events practiced include: Sprints, Distance, Hurdles, Jumps, Throwing (shot, discus, javelin)
The track season will run from May 1st to July 19th, 2018

Pre-season training for middle schoolers
7- and 8-grade students who plan joining Middle School Track and Field
program in the spring are encouraged to do some pre-season
training before season starts. Here is a basic "get-in-shape" plan
recommended for middle and long distance athletes.
not forget to return your XC uniform!
make sure to return your racing uniform so tha we could equip our team
next season. The uniforms should be washed and packed in a ziplok bag
with athlete's name in it. The drop-off is located at 221 S Gill.
