NTF Senior Training Group
Stay on track over the summer - keep training, get better!

 

       Nittany Track and Field High School Training Groups provide a great opportunity for high school athletes to keep training over the late spring and summer months, to improve their skill and fitness level, stay connected to their coaches and teammates, and attend USATF track meets. Training is organized in small groups and is tuned towards athletes' personal goals.
